Plot[]

Sitting in the Jackpot Pigeons back dressing room, Feng Yifei jokes that she does not want to see Revy's same-sex show, but the gunslinger responds that she means that she needs Feng to be visible to her in the audience in case the assassin shows up. After Revy takes Emushira with her, Feng remarks that she should have gotten a deposit from Mr. Ronald, to which Rock replies that she can pay him back later since they had a fun time. When Feng says that the "other thing" will soon be settled, Rock is confused. Baffled that he forgot, Feng reminds him that Jane used her and she is going to return the favor to her Roanapur-style. Rock wonders what Feng did, and she tells him that she worked on something else at the police station too, uttering that Jane will not enjoy the rest of her "cruise."

On the deck of the Black Lagoon, Jane is having sexual intercourse with the tired Benny, who pleads that he needs a break. He notifies her that her phone is ringing, so she angrily answers the call in German since forum members cannot call each other without reason. The fellow hacker asks Jane what she has been up to since Rodney XX wants to know her location despite that being against the forum's rules. He tells her that he has sent the confused Jane an email, so Jane opens up her laptop to find unfamiliar, large funds deposited to her by Zamid Dhiyab, who she has never heard of. Angrily confused, Jane asks the hacker who Zamid is, and he answers that he has no idea either which is why Rodney is looking for her, adding that their client Reinbach A.G. confronted Rodney since it was not part of the agreement.

Back in Roanapur, Feng relays to Rock regarding what she did to Jane, smugly stating that Jane will have trouble on her hands if Scotland Yard investigates Zamid's death and finds the funds transferred to her. Worried, Rock emphasizes that warning Scotland Yard may trace the crime back to Feng, but the ex-soldier assures Rock that she is not short-sighted enough to tip off the Yard. Immediately, the ex-salaryman realizes that she actually tipped off Reinbach, with Feng confirming that tipping off the Yard would bring heat onto her. At the same time on the PT boat, Jane's fellow hacker informs her that the Highwaymen Forum decided that they do not want trouble and cannot defend her alleged actions. Elaborating that she has two choices, the hacker says that Jane can either explain the funds herself or go into hiding until things calm down.

Yelling that she cannot explain something that she has no knowledge of, Jane angrily hears from the hacker that she will have to be removed from the Forum. When she says that she cannot stay in Roanapur since a bounty is still on her head, the hacker recommends that she go to Africa or New Guinea to lay low, but she retorts that those places barely have internet. The hacker comments that it is better than being arrested or killed, saying that he will send everyone a condolence email and will contact her later at an unknown time. Realizing the trouble she is in, Jane angrily grasps her phone as Benny asks her if she is okay since she sounds furious. In a fit of rage that Feng switched the heat onto her, she curses Feng and breaks Benny's computer, shocking him since it was his favorite laptop.

Once finishing her summary, Feng proclaims that she feels bad for Benny but might steal him from Jane too. Rock advises her not to do so, but she assures him that she is just kidding since her own survival is already difficult. Although Feng thanks Rock, he claims that he does not need any thanks. Recalling what she told Rock on the street, Feng repeats that Rock is a good person who even cares about strangers. Declaring that she realized something, Feng concludes that Rock wants to see the fate of the strangers whom he helps. Getting up as Rock continues smoking, Feng comments that people like stories and that people in Roanapur take their time to find such stories. Placing her hand on his knee, Feng leans in and kisses Rock, who is surprised but not startled. Opening her relaxed eyes, Feng jokingly tells Rock not to tell Revy since her life was already spared before, recommending that they go watch Revy's show.
