Elroy (エルロイ, Eruroi) was a mercenary who was based in South African. He was hired by Balalaika to eliminate Gretel, who escaped Roanapur in episode 15 (by this time, Hänsel had already been killed by Hotel Moscow). At the time, Elroy, also known as "Bighorn Elroy", worked giving fugitives safe exit from whatever situation they were in, but his killing of Gretel assured his retirement. His 34 year-old married son still lives in South Africa, although he had been recently diagnosed with cancer.
