El Baile de la muerte Part 12, also called Chapter 55, is the fifty-sixth chapter of the Black Lagoon manga. It was originally released in July 2007.
Summary[]
Seeing her master asleep on the couch, Fabiola uses the opportunity to take a swim in the beach house's pool. As she relaxes in the water, Revy looks over her with a smug smile, embarrassing the young maid. Revy teases her since she even bought pool clothes for the occasion, and the young maid is surprised to see Garcia noticing her. Soon, Rock drives them to their destination as Fabiola apologizes to her master for relaxing behind his back. Garcia assures her that she did not have to hide her desire to swim from him, and Revy interrupts to vulgarly say that Garcia should not be so bossy. In response, Fabiola pinches Revy's nose closed for insulting her master, angering the gunslinger as she struggles. Close to their destination, Rock remarks that it will be hard but interesting to track down Roberta.
Entering Praiyachat's gun shop, Revy calls for the old man, who is surprised to see Revy and welcomes her to let him examine her Cutlass pistols that he customized. As Fabiola is impressed with the selection of guns, Praiyachat notices her and asks if she needs to be armed as well. Realizing that Roberta did visit the store, Revy asks if Roberta gave him trouble, and he replies that she was Bao's referral and he let her into the shop to repair her particular antique firearm. Garcia realizes that it is the musket passed down through generations in his own family, with Praiyachat adding that he directed Roberta to visit "Blaster" Tou Chi since the old man does not sell gunpowder. Examining the Cutlass's grips, Praiyachat asks Revy if she banged the gun, and Revy calmly replies that she thought she could pistol-whip people. As the four leave, Praiyachat asks what Roberta plans on doing, and Revy answers that she wants revenge and orders the old man to call them if she stops by again.
Arriving at Tou Chi's place, Revy orders Rock to wait with Garcia in the car while she and the young maid check out the place. Outside the apartment room, Revy notices the gun trap outside and warns Fabiola. Kicking on the door, Revy yells for Tou Chi, who peers through the small opening and notices Revy. Falling back and pulling out his revolver, the drug user warns the "aliens" not to come any closer. Playing along, Revy states that Fabiola is one of the good aliens, and the young girl answers that she has come to save him from the Cylon Empire. As Tou Chi calms down and allows them to enter, Revy asks the girl what media the Cylon Empire is from.
Sitting on the couch with a spoon of heroin, Tou Chi tries to remember the man that visited him but hesitates. Impatient with him, Revy kicks the spoon from his hand and demands him to remember. Thinking for several seconds, he suddenly remembers that it was Richie Leroy who visited him to buy gunpowder. In Roberta's motel room, Leroy informs her that Bren's men are ready to help her fight against her enemy but reminds her that her enemies are scattered through several motels in the city. Thanking him for his help, Roberta responds that the arrangement is fine.
